Important: Tabletime acts as an intermediary platform. We are not directly responsible for the services provided by participating restaurants. All bookings, reservations, and services are the direct responsibility of the participating establishments.

3. Booking Service Disclaimer

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

Honor your bookings or cancel them in accordance with cancellation policies
Not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabletime shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use
The quality, safety, or satisfaction of services provided by restaurants
Any disputes between users and participating restaurants
Cancellations, modifications, or refunds related to bookings
Loss of data or service interruptions

6. Platform Usage Rights

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue any aspect of our platform at any time
Suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms
Update these terms of service as needed with reasonable notice
Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
Remove or edit content that violates our policies

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are owned by Tabletime and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding platform functionality, account issues, or technical problems should be directed to Tabletime support. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.

Important: Disputes regarding actual restaurant services, food quality, or dining experiences must be resolved directly with the participating restaurant. Tabletime is not responsible for the services provided by restaurants.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
